What is Conditioning
Conditioning is the word used to describe the workout for the day.
Do I need prior experience or some minimum level of fitness?
No experience required at all. Come as you are!
How much time does it take?
Each class is one hour in length. Starting with a warm-up and ending with that Conditioning mentioned earlier.
Am I too old for functional fitness
What type of exercises do you do?
All of them! Bodyweight training, calisthenics, weightlifting just to name a few!
Do I need special equipment or clothing?
Again, come as you are! No special equipment required.
Do I need to warm up before class?
We all warm-up and mobilize as a class for the first 15-20 minutes of class. You are, however, more than welcome to come in early get extra warm-up time in if desired.
Can I try it out before signing up for a month?
Your first class to try it out is $10. No memberships or commitments required!
