No experience required at all. Come as you are!
Each class is one hour in length. Starting with a warm-up and ending with that WOD mentioned earlier.
All of them! We specialize in not specializing. Bodyweight training, calisthenics, weightlifting just to name a few!
Again, come as you are! No special equipment required. A low heel to toe ratio on your shoes isn't a bad idea though ; -)
We all warm-up and mobilize as a class for the first 15-20 minutes of class. You are, however, more than welcome to come in early get extra warm-up time in if desired.
Your first class to try it out is $10. No memberships or commitments required!
