Level Up! Muscle Up!

Hello CrossFit Woodstock friends and followers! For the rest of the year the coaches will release weekly movements to complete over the course of the week to work on getting a Ring Muscle Up!
Each week will be geared to either strengthening pulling and pushing power, or getting comfortable being on the rings. With some dedication and patience, by years end, some of you will be getting that Muscle Up!!!
