CrossFit classes run Monday through Friday at 6 & 9am and at 4, 5, & 6pm. We also offer 1:30pm classes on Tuesday and Thursday, 9 and 11am classes on Saturday and a 1pm class on Sunday.
Crossfit Fundamentals classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7pm. We advise/require members who are new to Crossfit to attend our 6 class Fundamentals series. A new series starts every other Monday. The classes should be taken in order.
We are always happy to have people drop-in if you want to check out our gym. Please show up at least 10 minutes before class so that you can sign a waiver and meet the coach. First drop-in is only $10.
Thinking about it perhaps but not sure? A few things we like to tell people are…you do not have to already be in shape to start Crossfit (believe me, Crossfit will get you in shape!), you do not have to be proficient at every movement to start Crossfit (every single one of our workouts is modifiable to any skill/fitness level) and finally Crossfit is not necessarily just for the elite athletes you may have seen in the advertising (in fact, most Crossfitters are folks more like you and me who are just trying to be fitter, healthier and feel better about themselves).
Bring a friend! Every Saturday is a partner workout day (classes at 9 and 11am) and open to all who want to join us. So if you are concerned about trying Crossfit by yourself, bring a fitness buddy to try it with you! See you at the gym!
