CrossFit Schedule

CrossFit classes run Monday through Friday at 6 & 9am and at 4, 5, & 6pm. We also offer 1:30pm classes on Tuesday and Thursday, 8 and 9am classes on Saturday and a 1pm class on Sunday.

CrossFit Fundamentals classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7pm. We require members who are new to CrossFit to attend our 6 class Fundamentals series. A new series starts every other Monday. The classes should be taken in order.

We are always happy to have people drop-in if you want to check out our gym. Please show up at least 10 minutes before class so that you can sign a waiver and meet the coach. First drop-in is only $10.

Thinking about it perhaps but not sure? A few things we like to tell people are…you do not have to already be in shape to start CrossFit (believe me, CrossFit will get you in shape!), you do not have to be proficient at every movement to start Crossfit (every single one of our workouts is modifiable to any skill/fitness level) and finally CrossFit is not necessarily just for the elite athletes you may have seen in the advertising (in fact, most CrossFitters are folks more like you and me who are just trying to be fitter, healthier and feel better about themselves).

Bring a friend! Every Saturday is a partner workout day (classes at 8 and 9am) and open to all who want to join us. So if you are concerned about trying CrossFit by yourself, bring a fitness buddy to try it with you! See you at the gym!

  1. I’d like to start crossfit.
    Please provide me with information.

My days off are Wed and Sun.

I am a chiropractor who works in the Hollywood district.

    • Hello Keiichi, Thank you for contacting us. To get started in CrossFit you need to first attend our 6 class series of CrossFit Fundamentals. These are normally at 7pm but as you work so late, you can come in at 7am instead. Hopefully that works with your schedule. Our next Fundamentals series starts on Mon August 14. So, you would come in Mon, Wed and Fri at 7am for two weeks to finish the series. Then you will be ready to CrossFit! I hope this was helpful. Let me know if you have any other questions! Thanks, Coach Morgan

      • Hello, was reading up on your website and came across this entry. For the fundamentals class, is it possible to shorten it out like 6 classes in a week? I’m visiting Portland on Dec 5 and will be there until about mid January – so I was wondering so I can max out my time while there then just continue on my local crossfit gym when I get back home.

        • Hi Gibo, I can arrange to have you meet with Coach Corey on Mon, Wed and Fri at 7am for one week. You will do 2 classes in each session and get through the Fundamentals series in one week. How does that sound? Let me know and I’ll set it up. Thanks, Head Coach Morgan Wilson

  2. Hello there! IIam interested in your gym because I live around the corner. I work 10AM to 9 PM Tue through Saturday. My days off are Sun Mon.

I have not participated in an official CrossFit class but have done high intensity interval training with a workout partner.

Would I be required to take the fundamentals courses? Are there classes that will allowe to get a workout in and be on the road by 9am? I work in Beaverton so the drive is up to an hour.

    • Hi Phil,

      Thanks for contacting us.

Yes, you are required to take the Fundamentals course. We have a new series starting on Monday, May 7. The Fundamentals classes can be taken at 7am and finish at 8am which I believe should give you time to get to work. There are 6 classes in total and it takes 2 weeks to complete them.

After you complete Fundamentals, you can attend our 6am classes. These are done at 7am. Perfect!

If you have any other questions please let me know.

    • Hi Andy! Your age will definitely not be a deciding factor in your ability to do CrossFit. We have members older than you doing it all the time. All of our movements and workouts can be scaled to meet the needs of the individual based on level of fitness. We have a new CrossFit Fundamentals course (required of all new members) starting on Monday. You should come check it out! 7am or 7pm. Hope to see you then. Coach Morgan
