About our Schedule

Fitness classes run Monday through Friday at 6 & 9am and at 4, 5, & 6pm. We also offer 1:30pm classes Monday through Thursday , 8 and 9am classes on Saturday and a 11am class on Sunday.

Elements classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7am, and 7pm on Monday and Wednesday. We highly encourage members who are new to functional training to attend at least 6 Elements classes before jumping into regular class times.

We also offer a Weightlifting class Saturdays at 10am.

We are always happy to have people drop-in if you want to check out our gym. Please show up at least 10 minutes before class so that you can sign a waiver and meet the coach. First drop-in is only $10.

Thinking about it perhaps but not sure? A few things we like to tell people are…you do not have to already be in shape to start functional fitness classes (believe me, this will help get you in shape!), you do not have to be proficient at every movement to start functional fitness (every single one of our workouts is modifiable to any skill/fitness level) and finally functional fitness is not necessarily just for the elite athletes you may have seen in the advertising (in fact, most members are folks more like you and me who are just trying to be fitter, healthier and feel better about themselves).

Bring a friend! Every Saturday is a partner workout day (classes at 8 and 9am) and open to all who want to join us. So if you are concerned about trying a class by yourself, bring a fitness buddy to try it with you! See you at the gym!
