Box Jumps (24/20)
Wall Balls (20/14)
DB Push Press (50/35)
As a team, complete total 1776 reps involving all movements. Complete the reps in any order.
Teams can do no more than 200 reps of any given movement
Each athlete must complete at least 10 reps of each movement
Athletes may work on the same movement at the same time, but must finish all reps for a movement before moving onto the next movement
